Cosmetic Fillers

We inject cosmetic fillers directly into the facial muscle, which keeps the muscles from contracting and allowing the wrinkles to smooth. These treatments last three or four months for most patients.
AHC also incorporates cosmetic filler injections into some treatment plans for individuals experiencing facial pain, orofacial pain and TMJ.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are FDA approved injectable gels used in individuals who desire a non-surgical facelift. They are very effective in filling in wrinkles and smoothing out lines, without interfering with facial movements or expressions.
Dermal fillers have been known to stimulate growth of collagen. They also add volume and lift to the facial skin. Each treatment takes about 20-40 minutes.
Juvéderm
This soft hyaluronic acid gel is injected into the skin to add volume and hydration. The process takes about 15 minutes and most patients experience immediate results which can last up to a year. Juvéderm is FDA approved and can remedy even the most severe facial wrinkles. Most patients report that Juvéderm produces a more natural appearance than some other dermal fillers.
